We are the owner of the Havaianas brand, known for its iconic flip-flops that represent Brazilian spirit, comfort, and style. We also hold a 49.2% stake in Rothy’s, a U.S.-based sustainable footwear brand.
Havaianas is one of the largest open-footwear brands in the world, with a strong presence and operations in dozens of countries. Rothy’s, in turn, operates in the United States.
Our growth is driven by sustainability and efficiency, always prioritizing the socio-environmental responsibility of our operations. Our supply chain is verticalized, with four manufacturing units in Brazil, and we are also the owners of ioasys, our digital transformation company.
